Salary Range: $70,000 - $99,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily quality control operations and inspection activities.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
• Investigate non-conformances, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and drive root cause analysis.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures, standards, and work instructions.
• Monitor key quality performance indicators and report on trends and improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality management systems and external regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, FDA).
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain to resolve quality issues and improve processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of quality assurance/control experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proficiency in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D methodology).
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and mentor a team of quality personnel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Lead Auditor certification (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies or Industry 4.0 quality applications
