Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.
• Manage all quality control processes, including inspections, testing, and data analysis.
• Ensure products and processes comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and customer specifications.
• Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances.
• Oversee internal and external audits, including ISO certification and customer audits.
• Manage supplier quality programs and incoming material inspection processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and their implementation.
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
• Proven leadership and team management skills with a focus on driving continuous improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with specific industry regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA, AS9100, IATF 16949)
• Proficiency in advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or specialized QMS platforms
• Demonstrated experience in supplier quality management and external audit representation
• Strong background in New Product Introduction (NPI) quality planning and execution
