Salary Range: $99,000 - $146,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize cost, efficiency, and delivery performance.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
• Oversee inventory management to minimize stockouts and excess inventory while meeting production demands.
• Coordinate logistics operations for inbound materials and outbound finished goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliability and foster continuous improvement.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity of supply and operational resilience.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning tools.
• Demonstrated expertise in procurement, inventory management, logistics, and demand forecasting.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency in advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with global sourcing, international logistics, and customs compliance.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
