Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and resilience.
• Manage all procurement activities, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and raw material acquisition.
• Oversee inventory management across the supply chain to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize waste, and support production schedules.
• Direct inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and transportation operations for timely delivery and cost control.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and engineering teams to align supply chain operations with manufacturing plans and customer demand.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity and adherence to quality standards.
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, and procurement strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
• Proficiency with advanced supply chain planning and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder).
• Experience managing international logistics, customs, and trade compliance.
