Salary Range: $58,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial robotic systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues in robots.
- Calibrate and fine-tune robot movements and end-effectors for optimal performance.
- Modify and optimize existing robot programs to enhance production efficiency and quality.
- Assist in the installation, setup, and testing of new robotic equipment and cells.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and ensure compliance with all operational safety protocols.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and program changes accurately.
Recommended Qualifications
- Associate's degree or technical certification in Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
- Proficiency in programming, troubleshooting, and performing preventive/corrective maintenance on industrial robots (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB).
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, mechanical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair complex automation equipment and control systems.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial automation environment.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
- Proficiency in advanced robot programming languages (e.g., KUKA KRL, ABB RAPID, Fanuc Karel) or scripting (Python).
- Familiarity with CAD software for reviewing mechanical designs or tooling.
- Certifications or experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
