Salary Range: $41,000 - $71,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform various welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick) according to specifications.
- Read and accurately interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
- Inspect finished welds to ensure quality, structural integrity, and adherence to industry standards.
- Prepare materials for welding by grinding, cleaning, and positioning components.
- Operate and maintain welding equipment, including welders, grinders, and torches.
- Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Fabricate and repair metal parts and structures as required by production needs.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes in a manufacturing environment.
- Valid AWS D1.1, D1.2, or D1.6 certification (or equivalent).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
- Ability to work with various materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
- Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards.
Bonus Qualifications
- AWS D1.1 or other specialized welding certifications (e.g., for specific materials like stainless steel or aluminum)
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and basic fabrication skills (cutting, grinding, fitting)
- Experience with multiple welding processes (e.g., TIG, MIG, Stick) beyond the primary requirement
- Familiarity with robotic welding systems or automated welding equipment
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and visual inspection techniques
