Salary Range: $78,000 - $118,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for raw materials, components, and MRO items.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost efficiencies and favorable agreements.
• Manage supplier relationships, evaluate performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with production and inventory control to optimize inventory levels and ensure timely material availability.

• Lead and mentor the purchasing team, fostering professional development and high performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in purchasing or procurement within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract management skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic purchasing initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and supply chain best practices.

Bonus Qualifications

• Professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CPM) in supply chain or purchasing management.
• Experience with advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for spend analysis and forecasting.
• Demonstrated experience in international sourcing and managing global supply chains.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles for process optimization.
