Salary Range: $79,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of manufacturing projects, from concept to launch.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication across cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, quality, and supply chain.
• Ensure all projects comply with industry quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing processes and project management methodologies.

Recommended Qualifications

• PMP certification or demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Proven experience leading projects within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality systems (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
• Proficiency in managing project budgets, schedules, resources, and cross-functional teams
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and manufacturing execution systems (MES)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with technical and operational teams

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or advanced planning software
• Familiarity with automation technologies (e.g., robotics, PLC systems)
• Proficiency in CAD software for design review and collaboration
