Salary Range: $51,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) on production machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues on manufacturing equipment.
• Repair and replace defective parts, components, or systems.
• Install, calibrate, and test new production machinery and equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (3-5 years) in industrial maintenance or a manufacturing mechanic role.
• Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery (mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, basic electrical).
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
• Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Relevant technical certifications or vocational training in industrial mechanics or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC troubleshooting and basic programming experience
• Welding and light fabrication skills
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
• Expertise in hydraulics and pneumatics systems
