Salary Range: $88,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors.
• Manage the maintenance budget, optimizing spending on parts, labor, and external services.
• Ensure optimal operational performance of all manufacturing equipment and facilities, minimizing downtime.
• Establish and enforce safety protocols and procedures for all maintenance activities.
• Oversee the procurement, inventory, and management of spare parts and critical components.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency and equipment uptime.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation, PLC systems, and various manufacturing equipment.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a technical team while managing budgets and resources effectively.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in PLC programming or industrial automation systems.
• Demonstrated experience leading capital improvement projects for facility or equipment upgrades.
