Salary Range: $86,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
• Oversee the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory and external contractor services.
• Ensure maximum operational efficiency and reliability of all manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate with production management to schedule maintenance activities, minimizing disruption to manufacturing processes.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in maintenance operations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management experience in a manufacturing maintenance setting.
• Extensive technical expertise in manufacturing equipment (mechanical, electrical, PLC, hydraulics, pneumatics).
• Demonstrated experience with Preventive/Predictive Maintenance strategies and CMMS software.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex machinery.
• Solid understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with maintenance budgeting, cost control, and spare parts inventory management.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification
• Experience with advanced automation, robotics, or PLC programming
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced CMMS features and maintenance data analytics tools
