Salary Range: $70,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and procedures for manufactured products.
• Conduct functional, performance, and reliability testing of hardware and software components.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and document findings clearly and concisely.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain test automation scripts and tools to improve efficiency.
• Perform root cause analysis for product failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements during testing.
• Manage and maintain test equipment and laboratory environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with hardware testing methodologies and test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators).
• Proficiency in writing and executing test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
• Experience with scripting or programming languages for test automation (e.g., Python, LabVIEW).
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug hardware and software issues in a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles
• - Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) software
• - Basic understanding of PLC programming or industrial automation systems
