Salary Range: $72,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for manufactured products.
• Perform functional, performance, and reliability testing on production lines and prototypes.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development and production teams for resolution.
• Develop and maintain automated testing scripts and tools to improve efficiency.
• Document test procedures, results, and defect reports clearly and accurately.
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality of new products.
• Monitor product quality metrics and identify trends for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements during testing.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer) or related field.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, LabVIEW).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Hands-on experience with various testing equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers).
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting for test results.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software and methodologies.
• - Familiarity with automated optical inspection (AOI) systems.
• - Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles.
• - Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl) for test automation.
• - Understanding of hardware description languages (HDLs) like VHDL or Verilog.
