Salary Range: $78,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for manufactured products and processes.
• Identify, document, and track defects and deviations from specifications.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.
• Perform root cause analysis for product failures and manufacturing process issues.
• Develop and maintain test equipment and fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze test results and provide reports to management and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
• Proven experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Python, LabVIEW, TestStand).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing and functional testing of electromechanical systems.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation of test results to identify root causes of failures.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations relevant to the specific manufacturing sector.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with automated test equipment (ATE) programming and maintenance.
• Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) principles and software.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Understanding of hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing.
