Salary Range: $77,000 - $114,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and procedures for manufactured products.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues found during testing.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to resolve product issues.
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment and instrumentation.
• Analyze test data and generate reports on product quality and performance.
• Implement and improve testing methodologies and processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis for product failures and recommend corrective actions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in testing manufactured goods, including functional, performance, and reliability testing.
• Familiarity with quality control methodologies and standards relevant to the manufacturing industry (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and test protocols.
• Experience with automated test equipment (ATE) and test script development.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation for defect identification and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) or other production tracking software.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software and methodologies.
• - Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and their application in testing.
• - Basic understanding of PLC programming or industrial automation systems.
• - Experience with root cause analysis tools and techniques in a manufacturing environment.
