Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., 5S, SMED, Kanban, VSM, TPM).
• Identify and eliminate waste (Muda) in all manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to analyze current state processes and design future state improvements.
• Facilitate and lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects across production lines.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standard work procedures and best practices.
• Train and mentor production teams and staff on Lean methodologies and problem-solving techniques.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Lean initiatives and process improvements.
• Design and optimize production layouts and material flow for maximum efficiency and ergonomics.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, VSM, SMED, Poka-Yoke).
• Demonstrated experience in leading and implementing process improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and drive results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with manufacturing simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim)
• Proficiency in advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and digital transformation initiatives
• Experience with supply chain optimization and logistics management
