Salary Range: $46,000 - $71,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product specifications.
- Accurately document inspection results, including acceptance/rejection status and any deviations.
- Identify, quarantine, and report non-conforming materials or products.
- Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and quality control specifications.
- Maintain detailed inspection logs and contribute to quality data reporting.
- Ensure adherence to company quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Recommended Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in quality inspection or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMMs).
- Ability to read and accurately interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles, methodologies (e.g., SPC), and relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong observational skills to identify defects and non-conformances.
Bonus Qualifications
- ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) or Certified Quality Technician (CQT) certification
- Experience operating or programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) or other automated inspection equipment
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles
- Proficiency with Statistical Process Control (SPC) software
- Hands-on experience with the calibration and maintenance of measurement tools
