Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor shop floor employees, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and production schedules.
• Maintain equipment and machinery, coordinating repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Manage inventory of materials and supplies, ensuring availability for production needs.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
