Salary Range: $71,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop operations and ensure production targets are met.
• Supervise and mentor shop floor employees, providing guidance and support.
• Manage workflow, assign tasks, and monitor progress to maintain efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies on the shop floor.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain equipment and machinery, coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Monitor inventory levels of materials and supplies, initiating reorders as needed.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to shop floor personnel.
