Salary Range: $46,000 - $66,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming materials and verify against purchase orders.
• Accurately document and log all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company and carrier specifications.
• Coordinate with carriers for pickup and delivery schedules.
• Maintain inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Communicate with production, purchasing, and sales departments regarding shipment status.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a shipping and receiving environment
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software
• Ability to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment safely
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with inventory management software (e.g., WMS, ERP).
• - Basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
• - Forklift certification.
• - Familiarity with international shipping documentation and regulations.
