Salary Range: $79,000 - $119,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for chronic and critical equipment failures.
• Develop and optimize preventative and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) principles and methodologies.
• Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) on critical assets and processes.
• Monitor and report on key reliability metrics such as MTBF, MTTR, and OEE.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment design and operational practices.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
• 3-5+ years of experience in a reliability engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding and practical application of reliability tools and methodologies (e.g., RCM, FMEA, RCA, Predictive Maintenance technologies).
• Proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and CMMS/EAM systems to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) or Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis and automation
• Experience with advanced analytics or machine learning for predictive maintenance applications
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Demonstrated ability to develop strong business cases for reliability improvement initiatives
