Salary Range: $77,000 - $117,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) strategies and schedules.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for reliability improvement.
• Develop and implement Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs.
• Specify reliability requirements for new equipment and capital projects.
• Evaluate and optimize spare parts inventory based on criticality and failure rates.
• Drive continuous improvement in asset uptime and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
• 3-5 years of experience in reliability engineering or maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in reliability methodologies such as RCA, FMEA, and RCM.
• Experience with condition monitoring technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography) and CMMS/EAM systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to asset performance.
• CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) or CRL (Certified Reliability Leader) certification preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, Power BI) for predictive modeling and visualization
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Level III certification in a specific predictive maintenance technology (e.g., Vibration Analysis, Thermography)
