Salary Range: $41,000 - $61,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Unload, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders.
• Prepare, package, label, and load outgoing finished goods for shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for incoming and outgoing materials.
• Complete and process all necessary shipping and receiving documentation.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Organize and maintain the shipping and receiving dock areas for efficiency and safety.
• Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or quality issues with shipments.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems (ERP/WMS) and standard office software.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack), with certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate record-keeping, documentation, and inventory control.
• Knowledge of shipping procedures, freight documentation, and carrier logistics.

Bonus Qualifications

• Forklift certification and operating experience
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Familiarity with international shipping documentation and customs procedures
• Proven experience with cycle counting and physical inventory processes
