Salary Range: $44,000 - $64,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, including accurate labeling, documentation, and staging for carrier pickup.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of received and shipped goods using WMS or ERP systems.
• Safely operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Organize and maintain a clean and orderly warehouse or receiving/shipping area.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and transportation departments to ensure timely material flow.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with periodic physical inventory audits.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues with incoming or outgoing shipments.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping, or receiving environment.
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with shipping software or inventory management systems.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects repeatedly.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Forklift certification.
• Basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
• Familiarity with international shipping documentation.
• Proficiency in data entry and spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
