Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• - Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• - Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and sub-ledgers for accuracy.
• - Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all entries are complete and accurate.
• - Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• - Support the inventory accounting process, including tracking costs, performing cycle counts, and reconciling inventory records.
• - Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• - Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
• - Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and cost accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with inventory valuation and control.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
