Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Green Belts and project teams in the application of Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
- Identify, define, and prioritize complex operational problems and opportunities for improvement within manufacturing processes.
- Design, execute, and manage DMAIC projects to reduce defects, improve efficiency, and enhance product quality.
- Analyze process data using advanced statistical tools to identify root causes of variation and implement effective solutions.
- Develop and implement robust control plans and monitoring systems to sustain process improvements.
- Facilitate cross-functional teams to drive consensus and ensure successful project implementation and adoption.
- Train and coach employees on Six Sigma principles and problem-solving techniques.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making throughout the manufacturing organization.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing complex Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment.
- Extensive experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and advanced problem-solving methodologies.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and lean manufacturing techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma principles and tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills to drive cross-functional team collaboration and project success.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
Bonus Qualifications
- - Experience with specific advanced statistical software beyond Minitab (e.g., JMP, R, Python for data analysis).
- - Lean Manufacturing certification or demonstrated experience in implementing Lean principles.
- - Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in process improvement (e.g., IoT, AI, machine learning).
- - Proven ability to lead and mentor Green Belts and other improvement teams.
- - Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and their impact on manufacturing processes.
