Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Green Belts and project teams in the application of Six Sigma methodologies.
• Drive DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) projects to achieve significant improvements in quality, cost, and delivery metrics.
• Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and implement robust control plans to sustain process improvements and prevent reoccurrence of defects.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and problem-solving to achieve project goals.
• Analyze complex manufacturing data to identify root causes of defects and inefficiencies.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience leading and successfully completing complex Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and their application.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.
• Certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt from a recognized institution.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with advanced statistical software beyond Minitab (e.g., R, Python with statistical libraries).
• - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex, multi-site manufacturing environments.
• - Certification in Lean Manufacturing or other complementary continuous improvement methodologies.
• - Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT, AI, and machine learning in a manufacturing context.
• - Strong project management skills, including budget management and stakeholder communication for large-scale initiatives.
