Salary Range: $77,000 - $117,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute validation protocols for manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
• Document all validation activities, including protocol design, execution, and final reports.
• Identify and troubleshoot deviations during validation runs, implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, GMP) and internal quality standards.
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure successful validation.
• Maintain and update validation documentation and change control records.
• Perform revalidation activities as required by regulatory changes or process modifications.
• Participate in internal and external audits related to validation activities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or a related scientific field.
• Proven experience in validating manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
• Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO).
• Experience with developing and executing validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies (e.g., FMEA).
• Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software.
• - Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or ISO 13485.
• - Knowledge of automation scripting languages (e.g., Python) for test efficiency.
• - Experience with risk management methodologies (e.g., FMEA).
