Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of finished goods and raw materials.
• Implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems to ensure accuracy, minimize stockouts, and reduce excess inventory.
• Develop and manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies within the warehouse environment.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maximize space utilization.
• Manage and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated systems.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure seamless material flow and timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics, analyze data, and implement corrective actions to achieve operational goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, WMS software, and lean manufacturing concepts.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with safety regulations, OSHA compliance, and warehouse security protocols.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to optimize warehouse operations and reduce costs.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) specifically in a manufacturing environment
• - Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification
• - Forklift operator certification or extensive forklift operation experience
• - Proven ability to implement and manage inventory control systems for raw materials and finished goods
