Salary Range: $77,000 - $117,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute validation protocols for manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Document all validation activities, including IQ, OQ, PQ, and summary reports.
• Identify and troubleshoot deviations and out-of-specification (OOS) results during validation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, GMP) and internal procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance) on validation projects.
• Maintain and update validation documentation and databases.
• Participate in the qualification of new equipment and the re-validation of existing systems.
• Support change control activities related to validated systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Biomedical) or a related scientific field.
• Proven experience in validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) for manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA regulations, and other relevant industry standards.
• Experience with developing, executing, and documenting validation protocols and reports.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation for validation purposes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software and methodologies.
• - Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and their application in validation.
• - Proficiency in root cause analysis (RCA) techniques for deviation investigations.
• - Knowledge of data integrity principles and regulations (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 11).
