Salary Range: $53,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of production associates to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to schedules.
• Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Train new employees on safety procedures, equipment operation, and production standards.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Maintain quality standards by performing regular checks, identifying defects, and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage daily production schedules, allocate resources effectively, and report on production progress.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, addressing employee concerns and promoting teamwork.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to achieve production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
