Salary Range: $48,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding operations using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding according to specifications.
- Inspect and test welds for quality assurance, identifying and reporting any defects or deviations.
- Prepare materials and equipment for welding, including cleaning, grinding, and setting up fixtures.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding procedures to ensure accurate assembly and fabrication.
- Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working order and performing routine maintenance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Troubleshoot welding issues and implement corrective actions to maintain production standards.
- Document welding processes, materials used, and quality control results as required.
Recommended Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification from an accredited welding program (e.g., AWS certifications).
- Proven experience with various welding processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in using welding equipment and safety gear.
- Strong understanding of welding safety procedures and regulations.
Bonus Qualifications

- - AWS Certified Welder certification
