Salary Range: $72,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize workflow and minimize costs.
• Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of production orders and customer shipments.
• Implement and maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all OSHA and company safety standards.
• Manage warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring proper maintenance and operation.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse operations management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, WMS (Warehouse Management System) software, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize warehouse layout, workflow, and operational efficiency.
• Experience with safety regulations, OSHA compliance, and implementing best practices for warehouse safety.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• - Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CSCP, CLTD).
• - Proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools for inventory and operational forecasting.
• - Experience with warehouse automation technologies (e.g., AGVs, AS/RS).
