Salary Range: $63,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and implement PLC programs for automated manufacturing processes.
- Design and configure Human Machine Interface (HMI) and SCADA systems.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex control system issues, including PLC, HMI, and VFDs.
- Integrate PLC systems with other plant-wide control systems and databases.
- Perform modifications and optimizations to existing PLC programs to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for PLC code, control logic, and electrical schematics.
- Provide technical support and training to maintenance and operations teams on control systems.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency in PLC programming languages (e.g., Ladder Logic, Structured Text) across major platforms (e.g., Rockwell Automation, Siemens).
- Experience with HMI/SCADA system design, development, and integration.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Modbus).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, debug, and commission industrial automation systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and other engineering documentation.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with HMI/SCADA system design and development.
- Proficiency in industrial robotics programming (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA, ABB, Universal Robots).
- Knowledge of industrial networking protocols and architecture (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
- Experience integrating PLCs with databases (e.g., SQL) or MES/ERP systems.
- Familiarity with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
