Salary Range: $51,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions.
  • Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies and basic facility needs.
  • Provide administrative support to manufacturing management and production teams.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and safety protocols for the office environment.
  • Handle HR administrative tasks, including onboarding support and employee record-keeping.
  • Manage internal and external communications, including visitors and phone systems.
  • Organize company meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management or a senior administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with office management or ERP software.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills to coordinate across departments.
  • Experience managing office budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.
  • Ability to provide comprehensive administrative support, including basic HR liaison and record-keeping.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols (e.g., OSHA standards)
  • Basic understanding of supply chain or inventory management principles
  • Experience coordinating facility maintenance or vendor services in an industrial environment
