Salary Range: $68,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure high availability of critical manufacturing IT systems and infrastructure.
• Provide technical support for shop floor systems, including industrial PCs, PLCs, and HMI interfaces.
• Manage network infrastructure supporting production lines and administrative operations.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures for operational technology (OT) and IT environments.
• Perform regular backups and develop disaster recovery plans for manufacturing data and applications.
• Administer and support manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) integrations.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for IT and OT assets.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V) and storage solutions.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, backup/disaster recovery, and patch management.
• Experience supporting IT systems within a manufacturing environment, including understanding of OT/ICS integration.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues with a focus on system reliability and uptime.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Industrial Control Systems (ICS) or Operational Technology (OT) environments (e.g., SCADA, PLCs).
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or ERP systems common in manufacturing (e.g., SAP PP/MM).
• Knowledge of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP) and security considerations for OT.
• Experience supporting IoT devices or sensor networks in a production environment.
