Salary Range: $78,000 - $118,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all inventory control activities, including cycle counting and physical inventories.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust inventory control procedures and policies.
  • Optimize inventory levels to support production schedules while minimizing carrying costs and obsolescence.
  • Analyze inventory data, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with production, purchasing, and warehousing to ensure accurate material flow and availability.
  • Manage and maintain the integrity of inventory data within the ERP/MRP system.
  • Lead efforts to continuously improve inventory accuracy and efficiency across the facility.

Recommended Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in inventory management, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for inventory tracking and optimization.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience with demand forecasting, inventory optimization models, and data analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles, warehouse operations, and lean manufacturing methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for advanced inventory analysis.
  • APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
  • Experience with automated inventory systems or warehouse management systems (WMS) beyond basic ERP.
  • Proven project management experience in supply chain optimization initiatives.
