Salary Range: $45,000 - $70,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and non-routine calibration of manufacturing equipment and instrumentation.
- Maintain accurate calibration records and documentation in accordance with quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning measurement and test equipment.
- Develop, review, and revise calibration procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure all calibration activities comply with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
- Manage the calibration schedule and coordinate with production to minimize downtime.
- Identify and document out-of-tolerance conditions and perform necessary adjustments.
Recommended Qualifications
- Associate's degree in electronics, metrology, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience performing calibration on various types of measurement and test equipment.
- Solid understanding of calibration principles, measurement uncertainty, and relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 17025).
- Proficiency in operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining a wide range of test and measurement equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to accurately document calibration results and utilize calibration management software.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with advanced uncertainty analysis and metrology principles.
- Familiarity with CMMS (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo) or dedicated calibration management software (e.g., Beamex CMX, Fluke MET/CAL).
- Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement methodology experience.
- Basic electrical or mechanical troubleshooting skills.
