Salary Range: $48,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine calibration and verification of a wide range of measurement and test equipment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed calibration records and documentation in a calibration management system.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair malfunctioning instruments and calibration equipment.
- Develop, review, and update calibration procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure all calibration activities comply with ISO standards and internal quality procedures.
- Manage and maintain the calibration schedule, ensuring timely calibration of all critical equipment.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to address measurement-related issues and support equipment readiness.
Recommended Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a technical field (e.g., Metrology, Electronics, Instrumentation) or equivalent practical experience.
- Solid understanding of metrology principles, calibration standards (e.g., ISO 17025), and measurement uncertainty.
- Proficiency in operating, troubleshooting, and calibrating a wide range of precision measurement equipment (electrical, mechanical, pressure, temperature).
- Demonstrated ability to accurately record calibration data, generate certificates, and ensure compliance with quality procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing instrument issues and optimizing calibration processes.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with calibration management software (e.g., Beamex CMX, Fluke Met/Cal)
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
- Demonstrated electrical or mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Experience working in an ISO 9001, AS9100, or FDA-regulated environment
