Salary Range: $52,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and validation of manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance and calibration of machinery.
• Provide technical training and support to customer personnel on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Document service activities, repairs, and parts used accurately and thoroughly.
• Manage field service inventory and spare parts effectively.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards during service operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in field service or maintenance of industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools, test equipment, and interpreting technical schematics.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to customer sites, often on short notice.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC, HMI, or robotics programming experience
• Proficiency with advanced diagnostic tools such as vibration analysis or thermal imaging cameras
• Prior experience training end-users or junior technicians on equipment operation and maintenance
• Welding or light fabrication skills for on-site repairs
