Salary Range: $46,000 - $71,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for IT hardware, software, and network issues for office and shop floor personnel.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to manufacturing execution systems (MES) and human-machine interfaces (HMI).
- Support and maintain shop floor IT equipment, including industrial PCs, barcode scanners, and label printers.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights for various business and manufacturing applications.
- Document all support requests, resolutions, and procedures within the help desk ticketing system.
- Assist with the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of new IT equipment and software.
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-tier support or specialized IT teams when necessary.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience providing technical support for hardware, software, and network issues in a professional environment.
- Familiarity with ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or MES systems common in manufacturing operations.
- Experience supporting specialized industrial hardware such as barcode scanners, label printers, and shop floor PCs.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and user support.
Bonus Qualifications
- Familiarity with manufacturing-specific software (e.g., ERP, MES, CMMS)
- Understanding of operational technology (OT) environments or industrial control systems (ICS)
- Experience with ruggedized hardware and mobile devices used in industrial settings
- Knowledge of networking principles specific to factory floor environments
