Salary Range: $44,000 - $69,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across office and production floor environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems affecting manufacturing equipment, including HMI PCs, barcode scanners, and label printers.
- Log, prioritize, and manage help desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with users to minimize production downtime.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and specialized manufacturing applications.
- Assist with user account management, password resets, and access control for various IT systems.
- Respond to urgent IT incidents impacting production operations, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams.
- Create and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles for common manufacturing-specific IT issues.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common hardware (PCs, printers, mobile devices).
- Fundamental understanding of network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Wi-Fi) and basic network troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service oriented approach.
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments and the operational criticality of IT systems (e.g., ERP, MES).
- Proficiency with IT ticketing systems and incident management processes.
Bonus Qualifications
- Familiarity with ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or MES systems
- Experience supporting industrial hardware (e.g., barcode scanners, label printers, ruggedized PCs)
- Understanding of manufacturing processes or shop floor operations
- Exposure to industrial networking or control systems (e.g., SCADA, PLCs)
