Salary Range: $61,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily assembly line operations and ensure production schedules are met.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team instruction and cross-functional collaboration.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles (e.g., Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen).
• Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Familiarity with automated assembly equipment or robotics.
• OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification.
