Salary Range: $48,000 - $71,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Caledonia that are seeking Accounts Payable / Receivable Specialists. Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and credit memos for accuracy and proper authorization.
• Prepare and execute weekly payment runs via checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
• Generate and distribute customer invoices based on sales orders and shipping documents.
• Accurately apply customer payments to outstanding invoices, resolving any discrepancies.
• Manage accounts receivable aging, including proactive outreach for overdue payments.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of vendor statements, bank accounts, and general ledger accounts.
• Maintain accurate vendor and customer master data within the ERP system.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, GAAP, and financial processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with vendors, customers, and internal departments.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Basic understanding of cost accounting principles or inventory valuation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with electronic data interchange (EDI) or automated invoice processing systems.
