Salary Range: $42,000 - $62,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Usual Responsibilities

• Send order confirmations and shipping updates to customers.
• Process customer orders and enter them into the order management system.
• Answer customer questions about order status, lead times, and product availability.
• Coordinate with production and shipping teams to confirm delivery dates.
• Handle order changes, returns, and cancellations according to policy.
• Resolve routine customer complaints and escalate complex issues to a supervisor.
• Prepare quotes and follow up on open quotes with customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and account notes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read order specifications and basic production schedules.
• Comfort working with deadlines and multiple open orders.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
• Experience with order entry and ERP or CRM systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Experience handling customer accounts in a B2B setting.
• Associate degree in business or a related field.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP software.
• Familiarity with inventory and shipping documentation.
