Salary Range: $51,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Usual Responsibilities

• Respond to equipment breakdowns and line stoppages to restore production.
• Read schematics, blueprints, and maintenance manuals to guide repairs.
• Replace worn parts such as bearings, belts, motors, and sensors.
• Document maintenance work and parts used in the maintenance system.
• Perform basic welding, fabrication, and machine alignment as needed.
• Follow lockout/tagout and other safety procedures during all work.
• Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures and make repairs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read schematics and use hand and power tools.
• Familiarity with lockout/tagout and safe work practices.
• Availability for shift work, overtime, and on-call rotation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLCs and industrial controls.
• Welding or fabrication certification.
• Experience with CMMS software for work orders and parts tracking.
• Forklift or aerial lift certification.
• Associate degree or technical certificate in industrial maintenance or a related field.
