Salary Range: $47,000 - $67,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing customers and tracking collections.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in the general ledger.
• Prepare and assist with the generation of financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.
• Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate timekeeping records.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger in a manufacturing or similar industry.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) for financial transactions and reporting.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles relevant to a manufacturing environment, including inventory valuation and variance analysis.
• Ability to reconcile complex accounts and perform detailed financial analysis to support manufacturing operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial records and adhering to internal controls.
