Salary Range: $107,000 - $155,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end performance of the value stream, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer requirements.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving.
• Implement Lean principles and tools to identify and eliminate waste, optimize flow, and reduce lead times.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and report on value stream performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless integration and coordination of value stream activities.
• Manage resource allocation and budget for the value stream, ensuring efficient utilization and cost-effectiveness.
• Champion a safety-first culture within the value stream, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and best practices.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in manufacturing operations with a focus on lean principles and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate change within a value stream.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and performance measurement.
• Demonstrated experience in value stream mapping and the implementation of future state designs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
