Salary Range: $63,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across St. Johns seeking Training Manager / Coordinators who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all manufacturing personnel.
- Coordinate and schedule all internal and external training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and collaboration with department managers.
- Design and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and job aids.
- Maintain accurate training records and track employee progress and certification.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- 3+ years experience in training coordination or management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools.
