Salary Range: $69,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Jenison that are seeking Training Manager / Coordinators. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for manufacturing personnel.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding and skill development initiatives.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Identify training needs through skills gap analysis and performance reviews.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
• Manage training resources, including materials, equipment, and external vendors.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and evaluate effective training programs.
• Strong project management skills with experience coordinating multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
